About Us

 In 1984 Gary started working as an HVAC tech with the skills he learned from School. He carried and HVAC manual to trouble shoot how to repair and replace HVAC systems. He got so good at it that the Company he worked for quickly promoted him to manager.  After five years with the company Gary zest for entrepreneurship lead him to begin working for himself. He then founded Comfort Systems Construction, servicing HVAC only. From the beginning Gary learned to infuse his company with strong core values, because of his constant eagerness for growth, management, and excellence his craft man skills thrived. The company quickly expanded from Comfort Systems to Comfort Systems Construction Inc. (CSC) with HVAC his first love then General Build on to Electrical and now Solar.  Gary has set the Standard for Quality, Integrity and Improvement in Construction throughout Sacramento, CA.  He has grown and built his company on a foundation of hard work, team building and dedication in General Contracting, Electrical and HVAC.
 

CSC is a full-service construction company providing construction management, project development and general contracting in all areas of construction.  The company completes many smaller projects each year, but specializes in delivering large-scale projects with problematic tasks, conditions, and schedules.  We execute projects in residential and commercial contracting typical projects include Rehabilitation Construction, Tenant Improvement, Remodel, Renovation, HVAC and Electrical.
